Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Hampton studied Fine Arts at Altos de Chavon School of Design. He continued his studies in Barcelona, Spain, where he participated in global exhibitions. In 2000, he moved to Portland, Oregon, where he continues to create art, with his studio/gallery now in SE Portland. His public art pieces are featured in various locations across Oregon, including Portland, Beaverton, and Hillsboro.

Sofia has worked at Bohio Studio for 7 years, managing events, sales, grant editing, and event photography. She's also a University of Oregon student, double majoring in Sociology and Political Science, with a minor in Spanish. Recently, she has been working around 15 hours a week, mostly remotely, but remains closely involved with Bohio Studio daily.
